Power To Roadmaster Supplemental Braking System But No Function

Is there an internal fuse or reset, I have power all the way to the unit but will not operate

It sounds like it could be a grounding issue, double check your ground to ensure they are in a sufficient area with no rust or debris. Also, you also need to check to see if your 12v socket is producing enough power for you Even Brake system, if it is make sure as well that the socket isn't corroded.
Check that the socket has been wired correctly as well, the contact point at the bottom of the socket
should be positive, and the outer shell around the top of
the socket should be negative.
Additionally, the kit included a 10 amp fuse that would have been used at the battery for the power wires that could be replaced if blown. I will link a video on installation for reference.
