The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65062 you were looking at is confirmed to fit your 2021 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock per my contact at Draw-Tite.

With that said it is possible that you can keep the tow hooks after installing this hitch, but Ram had quite a few vehicle to vehicle variations of the tow hooks so you will need to try to reinstall them but I am unable to confirm if they can be reused.
