Replacement for Dometic RV Air Conditioner

Question:

I have a 2017 Keystone Bullet 330bh. If everything I have read is true it has a 13500 BTU AC. It seems to”give up” on hotter days, and after doing a lot of online reading I would like to “upgrade” my AC to a 15k. Will this work or will it require a lot of “extra” work, like new controls, etc…
