We have several trunk mount bike racks listed as a fit for a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour and I have included a link to them for you. For a 2 bike rack I recommend the Thule OutWay # TH45JV. This rack has a lot of useful features to make it secure and easy to install and remove. The OutWay uses only 2 rubber coated straps rather than 6 straps to secure the rack to the vehicle. I have linked a video review of this rack for you. The 3 bike version, which I personally own and can attest to its awesomeness, is # TH56BV.
For any trunk mount rack you choose if you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame tube that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike) I recommend using an adapter bar # TH982XT. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have included a link to a video showing how the adapter works.
