Solution for Trailer with Shelby 5133 Coupler with Broken Latch
Question:
I apologize I was trying to put the whole thing in the subject but on the Shelby 5133 straight bar small utility trailer the part that you hook to the trailer hitch where the ball goes its bent and I dont know if I can take that part off it looks like its welded onto the piece that goes all the way underneath the trailer but its smashed because it went flying a couple different directions a while back and we cant fit it on the hitch anymore and just want to replace that part also I cant find the VIN number anywhere either but it looks like its a little bit older one the title that we got said it was a 2000 but Im not 100 sure thank you in advance

We don't have a repair kit for your coupler but we do know that your Shelby 5133 was a 3,500 lb capacity 2 inch ball coupler for a 2 inch wide channel like the # C82CR which you'd be able to replace what you have with.
