The Timbren # TTORTUN4 are a fit for the Toyota Tacoma/Tundra or Nissan Titan, and wouldn't work for your truck, although Timbren does offer fits as long as your truck isn't lifted.

The Timbren # TFR350SDE offers up to 8600 lbs of support, is a no drill application, is compatible with fifth wheel or gooseneck hitches and is compatible with vehicles with or without top overload springs. My one knock on the Timbren product is that they can provide a pretty rough ride once weight from cargo or trailer tongue weight is added and the 1/2 to 1-1/2 inch preload is taken up.

Instead, I'd recommend the jounce bumper replacement from SumoSprings, part # SS84VR for 4x4 models or # SSR-114-54 for 2WD models. Either option provides up to 2800 lbs of support which is plenty to cover the tongue weight of your trailer plus hauling items in the truck bed. Both options are compatible with in-bed hitches. The difference between the SumoSpring and the Timbren products is that the SumoSprings are constructed of a more pliable microcellular urethane material that will provide a much more comfortable ride. The SumoSprings also reduce sway and body roll, on top of reducing the sag experienced from the tongue weight of a towed trailer or the weight of items carried in the truck bed.

If your truck has a suspension (not a body) lift, these products might not be compatible. If you could provide the at-rest distance between the top of the axle and the underside of the frame member, I'd be happy to check with the manufacturer for a fit.

I've linked to some product videos that you might find helpful.
