If the controller of your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote - 4-Point Set # LC358590 is receiving power, and just one of the front jacks is not working, it could be the controller or the jack motor/harness.

Test the wires coming out of the controller to the non-functioning motor, and also test the wires coming directly out of the motor to see if the controller is working, or if it is the motor (or the motor's harness). If the motor is not receiving power, either the motor itself or its harness is bad and you can replace it with the Replacement Hall Effect Motor # LC343758.

If there is an issue with the control module, you do have the right replacement for the 4-point set, the Replacement Control Module # LC304136.
