Is Additional Battery Charger Needed For Hopkins Engager Trailer Breakaway Kit w/ Built-In Charger
Question:
Your Break-Away System has an internal charger and a test button. You also offer a separate Hopkins Break-Away Battery Charger 20007 to prevent overcharging. Do I need both?

Since the charger is already included with the kit, you do not need to purchase one separately with the Hopkins breakaway kit you asked about:
- Hopkins Engager Push-To-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit w/ Built-In Charger # 20099
The built-in charger on the Engager is designed to prevent the battery from over-charging, and it also includes the very handy push-button test that will tell you if the battery is low, charging, or fully charged.
I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the Hopkins Engager Push-To-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit w/ Built-In Charger # 20099.
