Can Yakima OnRamp Be Used with Dual Hitch Adapter at Rear of Motorhome

Question:

Can this be used with a dual hitch adapter so the rack would sit between the motor home and a towed vehicle? If so, do you know if this configuration would add to the towing weight or would it be considered part if the vehicle weight?

The Yakima OnRamp part # Y36FR that you referenced can be used in a dual hitch adapter at the rear of a motorhome. The weight of the carrier would count as tongue weight but the full amount of the tongue weight would not be on the hitch since the other side of the tow bar is supported by the front suspension of the towed vehicle.
