is it ok to use a 205-75r 14 tire with a 215 75r 14 tire at the same time?

You really do want all of the tires to match in size to be as safe as possible. You could probably get by for a quick drive home if one of the sizes happened to be used as a spare but for a long term solution you'd need them all to match like with the part # TTWTRTM2157514D you referenced which is a really great option for a tire in the size of ST215/75R14.
