4-Bike Rack that Can Be Used at Rear of 5th Wheel Camper
Question:
I’m looking at the 4 bike platform racks, but they say not recommended for trailer or 5th wheel. Is there a reason? And what platform bike racks do you carry that are recommended for this task. I have been looking at the swagman xtc4 and the Hollywood one. I have a travel trailer with a very strong and re unforced number abele 2” receiver, just need a rack that will do its job. Thanks

Since the ride quality at the rear of a fifth wheel is pretty rough compared to a vehicle only certain bike racks are rated for that application. Since platform 4-bikes are longer and heavier there aren't any aside from the bumper mount like part # S80600 that can be used there.
For a hitch mounted 4-bike you'd have to go with something like the Swagman Trailhead RV Bike Rack part # S63381.
