Absolutely!
To install the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR in your 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the factory tow package you will need the install kit # 5506.
On your Grand Cherokee you will have a blue wire underneath the dash near the hood latch as part of your factory tow package. This is the brake output wire that runs back to your factory installed 7-way connector. To install the # RED44FR you will need to make the following connections:
Black wire from controller harness to black wire of # 5506 that gets run to positive terminal of battery with included 30 amp circuit breaker.
White wire from controller harness to white wire of # 5506 that gets run to negative terminal of battery.
Red wire from controller harness to cold side wire of stop light switch that only has power when brake pedal is pressed. When we installed a controller on a 2004 Grand Cherokee we found this wire to be the purple/brown wire, but I recommend confirming this by checking the wire with a circuit tester # PTW2993.
Blue wire from controller harness to the factory blue wire I mentioned above.
Now for installing the knob of the controller you will need to pick a spot that you have at least 3/4" clearance for the knob, and 1-3/4" space behind the location for the back part of the knob to have enough clearance.
I included a video of the # RED44FR, and a video of the # 90885 being installed in a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee as it will get wired the exact same way.
