For transporting 2 fat-tire e-bikes on the back of your 5th-wheel rv, I recommend the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches # S94FR. The E-Spec is designed to withstand the extra torque exerted on the rack on the back of your fifth-wheel RV. Also, it has a per-bike weight capacity of 70 pounds. To use the E-Spec with your fat tire bikes, you will need the Fat Tire Adapter Kit for Swagman G10 and E-Spec Bike Racks # S64679.
If you need a 2-inch hitch receiver recommendation for your trailer, I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703. The adjustable hitch will allow you to adjust the brackets in order to accommodate frames between 22-72 inches wide. The hitch comes with all hardware included for installation.
