What Type of Hitch and Rail Kit Can be Used with Sidewinder and 2018 Ram 2500
Question:
In the instruction manual for the BandW Model 3500 says you cannot use a Reese Sidewinder hitch with it. Is there a goosneck socket mounting type that can use the Reese Sidewinder. I really dont want rails.

For your 2018 Ram 2500 the only way to tow a fifth wheel trailer with a Sidewinder is going to be with a hitch setup that uses above bed rails like the # BWRVK2602 as there's no way for your truck to have an underbed setup and use the Sidewinder.
With that rail kit you could use the fixed Patriot hitch part # BWRVK3200 and the wedge # SWW-06.
