What Hitch Cargo Carrier Do You Recommend for a 2017 Toyota Rav 4 that Won't Bottom-Out?

Looking for recommendations for a high mounted cargo carrier for my 2017 Toyota Rav 4 LE. I would like one with clearance so it does not bottom out. A hitch has already been installed on the vehicle. Thank you

For a cargo carrier that has sufficient rise that is compatible with your 2-inch hitch on your 2017 Toyota RAV 4, I recommend the 24x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # C18152. The Curt carrier has 2-1/2 inches of additional rise on the shank to prevent bottoming out with additional weight. In addition, the Curt carrier has interior dimensions of 60-1/6 inches long x 24-7/8 inches wide x 5-11/16 inches deep. For a hitch pin that will attach the carrier as well as provide a lock, I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches # e98880.
