Roof Rack for 2010 Toyota Highlander to Install Thule Cargo Box

Question:

Saw an answer to a cargo box fix question on your site- Your expert said the only recommended cargo box was the Thule Sidekick TH682. Looks like that is a discontinued product. Looking for a cargo box solution. Has any others come onto the market that would fit our vehicle? Is the an aftermarket cross bar that could replace the factory crossbars top make is compatible? Or is a cargo bag the only real option

I checked with Thule and their raised rail roof racks like the Square Bar rack part # TH712400 and # TH710401 do fit your 2010 Toyota Highlander that has the factory crossbars so you could use this to allow you to install a Thule cargo box like the part # TH629806. Basically any cargo box will fit once this rack is installed but your factory rack doesn't fit any boxes directly.
