I am sorry to hear you are running into issues with the factory lights under the awning of your 2016 Keystone Springdale 38'.
There is two possible causes. The first being the easiest fix which is that the wiring connections have started to work their way loose. You can check this by removing the lights and seeing if the connections are tight, or if the have some movement. If there is movement reconnect the lights using heat shrink butt connectors # DW05744-5.
The second cause would be an internal issue with the lights, but having multiple lights have the same issue that started at the time would be pretty unlikely. More than likely the issue is within the wiring.
If you find the issue is the lights themselves just send me a picture of the lights with a few basic dimensions and I would be happy to recommend replacements for you.
