The # F2286 Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs come with all of the necessary parts to install directly on your 2007 Dodge Ram 1500. Some drilling may be required depending on where you want to mount your air fitting.
If you do not want to manually inflate the air springs, I recommend the # F2158 Firestone Air Command I.. This light-duty compressor will allow you to control the air pressure for both air bags simultaneously from your vehicle and monitor the pressure with the gauge. In order to mount this, I suggest the # F2497 Firestone Universal Air Compressor Mounting Kit.
If you need to inflate the air bags separately, you would want to use the dual function # F2219 Air Command II. This would only be necessary if you are using the the air springs for side to side leveling.
I have attached installation videos for the air springs and compressor kit for your reference.
