Can you verify what the outer diameter of the wheel hub is so I can verify if my current wheels will work on these. My current hub OD is 2.58 Thanks

The outside diameter of the pilot on the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR35DS that would go through the center of your wheels measures 2-1/2" as shown in the included diagram.
This will still work perfectly with your wheels as it is virtually the same as your current hub based on the measurement you provided.
