Replacement Diodes For A 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL
Question:
I have a bad control box on my Jeep Wrangler JL an my left blinker light does not work. The little box has two female in and one female out.

If the diode is bad then you can replace it with the Roadmaster Hy-Power Diodes (Qty 2) Item # RM-792. A bad diode does not allow current to flow in either direction. A multimeter will display OL in both directions when the diode is opened. A shorted diode has the same voltage drop reading (approximately 0.4v) in both directions. Since you have the wiring all pulled out it's also a good time to check for any kinks or cuts in the wiring and replace/repair as needed.
