I have a solution for you. I called my contact at Westin, and he confirmed that the Westin Perfect Match Series Rear Step Bumper - Chrome Plated Steel # 31000 does not have an opening in the bumper to mount your receiver plug. However, a great solution is to feed the wiring plug up through the space between the tailgate and the bumper itself. This will allow you to have access to the receiver plug for trailer lights.
