The 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Tilting - Folding - 500 lbs, part # e98874, will fit your 2019 Toyota RAV4, provided that the distance from the center of the hitch pin to the edge of your bumper is less than 9 1/2". This cargo carrier measures 61 1/2" long X 25 3/4" wide. It can carry 500lbs. However, it does not come with a hitch pin. I recommend the Threaded Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock for etrailer Cargo Carriers - Keyed Alike, part # e99047. This hitch pin will eliminate the play between your hitch receiver and the cargo carrier. It has a pin diameter of 5/8" so it will fit this cargo carrier. In addition, it will lock the carrier to your vehicle.

You can customize your cargo carrier even more with the addition of the following items.

The Folding Basket Adapter for 2" Trailer Hitch Mounted Cargo Carriers, part # 52015. When you add this to your cargo carrier you are able to fold it when not in use. Your cargo carrier will extend 12 1/4" from the center of the hitch pin hole and when folded you will have 5" of space between the closest edge of the carrier and the center of the hitch pin hole.

Lastly, if you are worried about the items you transport getting affected by the weather, i.e. rain or snow, you can add the etrailer Cargo Bag w/ Mounting Straps - Water Resistant - 20 cu ft - 59" x 24" x 24", part # 988501.
