I have a 2008 ford expedition. both part numbers came up as a option for my vehicle. Just wanted explanation of the differences between the two? CSS-1168 vsCSS-1125?

The difference between the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension for a 2008 Ford Expedition is that part # CSS-1168F is for 2WD models and part # CSS-1094F for 4WD models. Please note, these are for the front axle.
