With the Saris Bones EX 3 # SA803, you will not need any additional parts to fit it on your 2021 Mazda CX-30. The Bones EX 3 will be able to hold your 35 pound mountain bikes. However, if you want extra security to help deter theft of your bikes from your rack or your rack from your vehicle, I recommend the Saris Cable Lock # SA981 as well as the Thule Passive Security Strap # TH533.
