Will the Thule Motion XT L # TH629706 Fit on Malone AirFlow2 Crossbars on My 2020 Subaru Forester?

Hi!! I am going to purchase the Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Carrier L # TH629706 with the Malone AirFlow2 Crossbars. Will these crossbars work with that product. All going to be put on a 2020 Subaru which has the raised side rails factory installed. And if so, is there any way to lock this all up? I know the carrier has a lock, but what prevents someone from taking the crossbars then the carrier. Thank you for your help.

Yes, the Thule Motion XT L # TH629706 will fit on the Malone AirFlow2 # MPG216. In addition the Malone AirFlow2 will work with your factory raised rails on your 2020 Subaru Forester. There will be enough roof on your roof to allow you to install the Thule Motion XT L in a way that will allow you to open your rear hatch on the vehicle.

As far as security and locks, The Malone AirFlow2 comes with integrated locks on the towers that secure the crossbars to the raised side rails of your 2020 Subaru Forester. If you are concerned about someone opening the clamps and stealing the Thule Motion XT L from the crossbars, I recommend the Saris Cable Lock - 8' Long # SA981. With the cable lock, you can wrap the cable around the box and under the Malone AirFlow2 Crossbars so that it will be secure.
