Determining Which Replacement Hub For Hydraulic Brakes Fits Dexter Axle Using L68149 L44649 Bearings

im a currently swamping out my boat axle for a dexter axle with these dimensions: nner Bearing sold separately: 68149 1 3/8inch inner dimension Outer Bearing sold separately: 44649 1 1/16inch inner dimension Grease Seal Inner Diameter: 1.72 i have a set of older ufp hydralic surge brakes whch i hope to reuse. they currently use the 168233 seals which is a 1.688 in shaft. the new axle as u see has a 1.72 in shaft. i cant find a seal for 1.72 x 2.33...would the old ones 168x233 seal work? would the 4 hundreds be too tight?

I have a replacement hub option for you, but unfortunately there is not a grease seal that has the 1.719" I.D. you need for your new Dexter axle, and the 2.332" O.D. needed to fit your current hubs.

Instead you will need etrailer Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K which uses inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649 to match you new axle, and has a grease seal that has the 1.719" I.D. you axle needs.
