Cargo Box Compatibility With A Prinsu Roof Rack On A 2017 Lexus GX 460

Question:

Hi! I went to a local roof top cargo box to consult on my prinsu rack and box and they say its not doable. They want me to get a new rack system. Looking at the help section here i see some with prinsu rack and was able to accomodate a box on ur recommendation. Can you please provide me a roof top box options for my gx 460 with prinsu rack. I have a weekender waterport on one side measuring 50? long x 9? wide more like 12” with attachment x 9? high. Thank u

Seems like you're needing something that is a bit skinnier on your roof since you have other attachments on your roof already. That being said this Thule Pulse Alpine Box # TH613 is only 25-1/2" wide x 88-1/2" long x 12-1/2" tall. Most cargo boxes including this one need crossbars that are no larger than # 3-5/16" wide x 1-1/2" tall so make sure your Prinsu Rack Crossbars are at least that size or smaller.

Since you have so many crossbars, make sure there is at least 23-5/8" of crossbar spread and no more than 35-3/4" from center of one crossbar to the other. If you can adjust a crossbar or two I don't see there being an issue.
