I need a replacement hub for my 2000 Rinker Captiva 192 trailer.

In order to choose the correct replacement hub for a trailer you'll have to know the axle capacity and bolt pattern. The axle capacity is best found on the axle tag which is in the center of the beam. The most common axle capacity is 3,500 lbs which typically use 5 bolt hubs. The Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles part # AKIHUB-555-35-K would be a fit if this is what you have.
