Is the Swagman Traveler XC2 # S64663 Compatible with the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender?

This bike rack should be compatible with the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks # Y02483, right? This bike rack is NOT for both 1 and 1/4 inch and 2 inch receivers and does not use an adapter sleeve for 2 inch receivers. Right?

Yes, the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away # Y02483 will work with the Swagman Traveler XC2 # S64663. The Traveler XC2 is compatible with 2-inch hitches (not a combo hitch designed for 1-1/4 and 2-inch hitches). If you have a 2-inch hitch receiver, the Traveler XC2 does not require an adapter.
