The UWS Underbody Toolbox # UWS04012 can be mounted to have the doors open upward. The doors are sealed with gaskets and feature a water channel design to keep out rain. The UWS emblem will be upside down but you will be able to correct that by drilling out the rivets and installing new rivets if that does bother you.
