If you've got got a SportRack Explorer or Skyline XL cargo box, then the only available solution will be using the SportRack Replacement Hardware Kit for Explorer and SkyLine XL Roof Mounted Cargo Boxes # SR05587. You might be able to source the lost bolt through a local hardware store, as these are mostly fairly common parts; however this kit does come with the gasket that has disintegrated on you, which will help keep the box sealed up during travel and water from getting inside.
