The description of this product specifies frame mount, but all pictures. Videos and comments are about a hitch mount. Is the really a frame mount rack ie mounts to a trailer a-frame? If not,the description should really be changed.

The Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # Y36FR does mount into a receiver hitch but the "frame mount" in the title is about how the rack mounts to the bikes. The padded clamps attach to the frame of the bikes to secure them to the rack.
