Troubleshooting Install of Fan-Tastic Roof Vent Motor that Operates Backwards
Question:
After I installed new housing and I pressed on to open. It’s reverse of what it’s supposed to be. So when I turn it off it opens and when I turn it on it closes.

I am not totally sure what you installed but I believe it's a Fan-Tastic roof vent motor/housing which if it is operating backwards that just means you have the wires to the motor ran backwards and if you reverse them from where they are now they will work like you want them to.
