Can you rotate the head on a stromberg Carlson toung jack? The bolt holes dont line up when rotated.

The head on the Stromberg Carlson # JET-3555 is fixed in place and cannot be rotated. However, if you are referring to rotating the whole jack to get the holes to line up on mounting bracket, then yes you can.
