Compatible Replacement Propane Hoses and Regulator

Im getting ready to replace the two hoses on my propane tanks on my camper to two that have gauges on them when i took off the old ones there is a cap,spring,bearing in the end of it,the new ones dont have it can use these

The "cap, spring, bearing" you're referring to is actually a filter for the hose. The filter is in place because that particular hose uses plasticizers in the hose construction. The hoses you are using to replace your current hoses do not have to have that filter.

Your current hoses have been known to fail and are leading to a recall of the Winntec model 6020 two-stage propane regulator. The regulator may fail, causing an increase in propane pressure. Increased propane pressure can enlarge the flames in gas appliances, increasing a fire risk. I would look into replacing your current regulator as well because of potential damage caused from your current hoses. You can use the Compact Low Pressure 2-Stage Automatic Changeover RV LP Gas Regulator # 37207-31525 as a replacement.
