Normally you would have to remove interior trim panels to access the taillight wiring of a 5th wheel. Unfortunately when a lot of the time RV's aren't wired totally the same as most manufacturers are just running wiring in the most convenient way they can, meaning the wiring on yours could run a different way than another similar model. Your best bet to find some guidance on the wiring would be to contact the trailer maker with your VIN. Once you find a way into the wiring you can splice in the 4-Pole 60" Long Vehicle End (Includes 4 wire taps) Item # 18002.

Since this would be triple towing I HIGHLY recommend reviewing all state and local laws of every area you plan on passing through as triple towing is not legal in every state or county. You'll also have to review the towing capacity of your truck to ensure it can safely tow the weight of your 5th wheel and boat. Triple towing can be very dangerous so we do recommend it.
