What is the center to center distance of the two mounting holes on top of the 721584 hanger, also what size are they?

The holes on top of the # 721584 Leaf Spring Hanger are 1-7/8 inches apart on center. The holes themselves are 9/16 of an inch in diameter.
Please note, the holes aren't meant for bolts, the spring hangers should be plug welded to the trailer frame.
