I have a set of dexter axles I would like to replace suspension bolts and bushings on. 3500# dexter axles

If your existing equalizers have a 5-3/4 inch shackle bolt hole spacing (measured center to center), a 2 inch height and use shackle links that are 2-1/4 inches long, also measuring center hole to center hole (see diagram) then the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers, part # K71-359-00 would work great for you.

If your equalizer has a different height/length and different length shackle straps, I'd be happy to make a recommendation if your could reply and provide those dimensions.
