Will Redarc RED24FR Tow Pro Liberty Brake Controller fit 2010 Land Rover LR4
Question:
I am looking at this brake controller part# RED24FR, and just want confirmation it is right for my vehicle towing a 25foot Airstream Globetrotter - 7300lb, 580lb tongue.

Helpful Expert Reply:
A brake controller isn't a vehicle or trailer specific item, a controller will work with just about any vehicle or trailer, so there's no reason why the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED24FR wouldn't work great for you. The Tow-Pro Liberty is perfect for single or tandem-axle trailers.
You can install the control knob in an unused switch knockout on the dash or center console, if one isn't available you can simply drill a hole through the dash or console and use a mounting bezel like # 331-TPSI-001 for a factory install appearance.
You'll also need the # RED87FR vehicle-specific wiring harness.
I've linked to a video that explains more about how the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty brake controller works.
