Could Demco Coupler part # DM12925 Replace Fulton 34-318

I have a Fulton 34-318 with 3 hole pattern. Will this replace it as a direct bolt on?

Your Fulton coupler has been discontinued for some time so it's hard to find out what it's bolt pattern would be but I can tell you that on the Demco coupler part # DM12925 the distance from the top hole centers to the top of the coupler measures 3/4 inch and the same for the bottom hole to the bottom of the coupler and each of the holes are separated by 3 inches from front to middle and from middle to back.
