Yes, the Thule OutWay Platform-Style 2 Bike Carrier, part # TH65JV, will fit your Mini Copper. This product includes both locks for the bikes and locks for the rack itself. Please note that the vehicle rear wiper cannot be used when the carrier is mounted.
