Im looking to purchase the Airborn pin box. I have a 2021 Ram 3500 Limited with the short bed, and it came with a Mopar 5th wheel hitch. The RV is going to be a Forrest River Salem Hemisphere 370BL. We should receive it in about a week.

Your Forrest River Salem Hemisphere 370BL has a Lippert 1621 pin box on it currently which means the Sidewinder 5th Airborne part # RP61422 that you referenced does fit and will work great with your Mopar fifth wheel hitch.
