Can I Carry a Spare Tire in the Rhino-Rack Steel Cargo Basket
Question:
Is this baskey capable of holding a spare tire for a jeep renegade ? I have one already mounted and its great , but Id love to put my spare tire up there. Will it work ?

Yes. The Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket - 47" Long x 35" Wide - 165 lbs # RMCB has a capacity of 165-lbs and should be large enough to fit a spare tire form a Jeep Renegade. You will want to confirm that the weight of the tire and basket combined do not exceed the capacity of the roof and your roof rack; in most cases it won't be an issue as you should be rated properly for this but it is good to confirm this.
