I have a great solution for you. Unfortunately, I confirmed with Thule that the Platform Race 9003 Pro 2 is currently discontinued from production.
With that being said, here at etrailer we recommend a wheel-mounted hitch rack for carbon-framed bike. The reason for this is because the torque that is added onto the bike during transport can crack the frame. To go this route, I recommend the RockyMounts MonoRail 1 # RKY10007 or the 2-bike version # RKY10007-05. With these racks, you receive a 60-pound per bike weight capacity and it already comes included with locks that protect the bikes and the rack itself.
If you need a hitch receiver recommendation that is compatible with the MonoRail on your 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75776 (SE and Limited models) and the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13152 (for Sport models). Both of these hitches come with a complete hardware kit for a bolt-on installation on your vehicle. You won't have any interference with the bumper when using either of these hitches with the MonoRail.
