Bright lines cross bars 1 inch thick 3 1/4 wide And have 4 3/4 inches off the roof

Since your Brightline crossbars are 3-1/4 inch wide the SportRack kayak carrier part # SR5511 that you referenced would fit since it can fit crossbars that are up to 3-1/2 inches in width.
