Should Wiring be Worried About When Installing Stromberg Carlson # AC-544 on Motorhome
Question:
I am concerned with trying to drill our motor home to mount this assist rail on the door frame. should it be safe to drill into the door frame directly behind the door of our travel supreme motor home without cutting any wiring? I need this assist handle for balance thanks

Unless you have an electric switch or appliance on other side of wall where you'd want to mount the Stromberg Folding HandRail part # AC-544 there'd be no concern for messing up the wiring. The manufacturer would have no reason to route wiring right by the door and at the height of where the mounts would attach so it's not something to worry about. If there's wiring under the skin of your motorhome it would be above the door as that would be the most efficient way to route it.
