I have an option for you, but there is not a custom fit 7-way connector for your 2005 Damon Challenger 348 Class A Motorhome on the Workhorse W20 chassis.
You will need the # ETBC7 which will plug into your existing 4-way connector and then just require a few more connections. You will need to run the black wire to the positive terminal of your battery with the included 40 amp circuit breaker, ground the white wire to the frame, and extend the blue wire underneath the dash of your Motorhome where a trailer brake controller would be installed. If you are not needing a trailer brake controller I would still extend this wire so it is there if you add one in the future. Since your motorhome is pretty long you may also need extra wire.
If you are needing a trailer brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 as it is an extremely reliable controller with great features like an easy to read LCD screen and built in diagnostics that are easy to read and understand.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
