How To Find Correct Replacement Roof Vent Cover for Old Truck Bed Camper

I am trying to figure out what type of vent cover I need for my truck camper. See attached pictures.

The only true way to determine the correct replacement roof vent cover is using the model number of the roof vent. That said, you can still determine this using the hinge type. The attached photo shows a continuous hinge therefore the Vent Cover for Ventline Old-Style Rounded Dome Trailer Roof Vents part # BV0554-03 should work.
