Can I buy the plastic plate as i have pad and broke it ?

I went ahead and reached out to my contact at Pilot Automotive, and they unfortunately confirmed that the pad for the Bully Black Bull LED Hitch-Mounted Step for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # BBS-1104L is not sold individually. If you wish to get a new pad, the step must be replaced.
