Adding Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement to your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 will help to eliminate the porposing or bucking you are experiencing when towing your 5th wheel trailer as they will add more support to the rear suspension of your truck.

Now the difference between the Timbren # TGMRTT35D and # TGMRCK25D is the # TGMRTT35D is has a 8000lb load leveling capacity and the # TGMRCK25D has an 8600lb load leveling capacity. I recommend going with the # TGMRTT35D as it will give you the support you need while being slightly less stiff.

However either of these options will stiffen up your unloaded ride so if the quality of your unloaded ride is a concern to you I recommend going with an air helper spring kit like the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88338 instead.

This kit offers up to 5000lbs of load leveling support and is adjustable between 5-100 PSI so you get the exact support needed to support the suspension of your truck with your 5th wheel trailer hooked up. When you are done towing you will just lower the air pressure to allow your suspension to function and feel like it did from the factory.

To keep from having to manually inflate the air helper springs I recommend adding an on-board air compressor kit. I like the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs- Heavy Duty - Single Path # AL25854 due to it being a heavy duty compressor that will not be strained airing up the helper springs, and since it will allow you to adjust the air pressure in the helper springs from the comfort of your driver seat.

I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
